However, we will not be liable for the consequences of any choice of HR software and/or choice of HR software suppliers Company may make.

Select shall not be a party to any agreement Company may enter into with any HR software supplier(s).

We will make every effort to ensure that the information provided via the Website and the Information Package relating to the various HR software applications and the use of the HR software applications is correct. The information provided in the Information Package has been made available to us by HR software suppliers and we have not verified this information.
