P&A Software Solutions provides systems based on 3 standard modules. These modules are designed to manage: personnel administration (including training courses administration and recruitment management, time and attendance, and employee/manager self-service. The systems are backed-up with a full range of services including helpdesk support, user training (on-site or off-site), technical consultancy, and system implementation.
The People Inc. HR system was introduced in the Netherlands in 2004. There are currently around 900 organisations using this system. A UK version of People Inc. complete with the employee/manager self service module was launched in 2008. The People Inc. time module was launched in the UK in 2010.
As part of the P&A Group, the P&A Salary Services provides bureau salary services to a significant number of P&A Software Solutions customers in the Netherlands. This payroll service will be introduced in the UK in 2012.
